Submission Guidelines

Scientific abstract with a maximum of 250 words are invited for e-poster and oral presentation.

The authors are responsible for ensuring the originality of their research.

All authors must adhere to publication ethics and confirm that no conflict of interest exist regarding the submission and must ensure that appropriate ethical and/or regulatory approvals have been obtained for data, images and the research material to be presented.

Original research work only will be accepted and the study should not be previously published.

The presenting author should be registered for the conference.

The presentation should be in English.

Should use Times New Roman font with font size 12 and single line spacing. The presenting author must be marked with (*).

The abstract submitted after last date will not be accepted.
Presentation Guidelines
Oral/Podium Presentation
The presentation must be prepared for a total time of 7 minutes. This will be followed by 3 minutes for Q&A.
Format Requirements
- The first slide should have the following information (title of the paper, name(s) of the author(s), affiliations)
- Title: 36 font size
- Content: minimum 28 font size, 1.5 spacing
- Maximum of 10 slides excluding the title slide
For Research:
Introduction/background, objective, methodology, results, discussion, conclusion, references.
Case Reports:
Clinical presentation, Investigation, Intervention/Management, Outcome/Conclusion.
Title, Authors and affiliations should be specified.
Introduction, Objectives, methods, results, discussion, conclusion, references.
Introduction, case report, discussion, Highlights and references.
Template Specifications
- Landscape (16:9 ratio, 32x18 inches)
- Title: 36 font size
- Use bulleted text whenever possible instead of paragraphs
- Time allocated: max 3 minutes and 2 min for Q&A
